At H & H advocacy and consulting, our mission is to increase accessibility and awareness of existing community supports for those with disabilities, their families, the mental health community, and the LGBTQI community. 
Whether it be regarding the Social Security Administration, School Districts, or preparing to enter or
re-enter the workforce, we provide each client with individualized support, services, and information to help you cultivate your strengths and achieve success.

Schedule of Events

    Autism Parents/Caregiver Support Group
    Once a Month
    Support groups are meetings facilitated by professionals for individuals with like issues, conditions, or concerns. These meetings are safe spaces for the attendees to confront their issues, share experiences, and learn new ways to cope and heal.
  2. TBD
    Autism Spectrum Disorder Information Series
    Once a week for Six weeks
    Your don't know what you don't know! Our information series are curated to provide information, guidance, and support for individuals with children recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder from diagnosis to job training.
  3. TBD
    Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT)
    Once a Week for Eight Weeks
    MBCT gets us to look within ourselves to be present and in the moments as they occur. It teaches us how to reduce anxiety, stress, and let go of the things that hold us back to enjoy the moment and live life to the fullest.

    *Please check with your insurance provider to be sure if
      your policy covers support groups or if you have a co-pay

No Insurance:

     Being senstive to client's financial constraints, we offer           some service fees based on a Sliding Scale.
